An absolute perfect breakfast sandwich right down to the lightly Toasted Roll and perfectly cooked eggs. This was the last second breakfast search and I could not have imagined it any better. Can't wait to bring the kids and check out the rest of their menu.

Stopped by The Chat & Nibble at 932 Asbury Ave. in Asbury Park, NJ, for brunch on a crisp fall morning, and it was a total delight! This cozy neighborhood diner nailed the classics—my eggs Benedict were perfectly poached with hollandaise that had just the right tang, and the home fries were crispy and flavorful. The coffee was strong and fresh, and the service was warm and quick despite the weekend crowd. Great spot to chat and nibble without breaking the bank. Will be back...

Pretty traditional breakfast spot, but excellent food, reasonably priced, and great service. Definitely a great spot for a comfort-food oriented breakfast. Get the Huevos Rancheros!
