“This is my family’s favorite local Chinese Restaurant. Their prices are the best around, and their food is delicious. I usually order online and I had accidentally ordered something completely out of the norm with a higher price and the amazing staff called to confirm that is what I actually wanted instead of just making the extra food and taking the money. I will not go anywhere else.“

“Most people see diners and get melancholy for the same bland and boring food, but that is where I will challenge you. Today, I was served the most flavorful dishes from any diner I have been to in my life. I will admit it was a very pleasant surprise and a very wholesome experience. The portion sizes were nice, they didnt overload the plates to make up for poor flavor, nor was it so exquisite that you had a simple morsel. All in all, the food was very well done showing both love of the food and the love of serving. As for the atmosphere, nothing too complex but nothing too simple, it showed a small piece of history from Clinton allowing for immersion and a peaceful environment. The waitress we had was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu as well as quick and precise with our requests!
All in all this restaurant has been put on my "visit again very soon" list. Such a pleasant experience and I'm excited for my next meal here.“

“We stopped in Clinton, NJ overnight on our way to New York City, and decided to give Dora restaurant a try, based on their good reviews. We all loved our meals! Both the mushroom ravioli and Dora ravioli were delicious, and the Chicken Parmigiana was a good portion and nicely seasoned. The special chocolate soufflé dessert was served hot and worth the published 15 minute wait time to prepare. There was a limited wine menu featuring local wineries, so we were not sure what to expect. The bottle of red wine we ordered was dry and very good! The restaurant is situated in the quaint downtown district, and well worth the visit!“

“This place is a beautiful warming welcoming restaurant, the food taste amazing, we came across Milford house as we were staying across the Delaware river bridge at the Bridgeton house, they recommend this place, and it was gorgeous food, nice warm comforting fire place, romantic settings, the fish and chips my husband had were really good, the fish is definitely the best he’s tasted since we moved to PA from the UK, I had the crab! “I didn’t catch the employee’s name but I recently picked up an order while carrying my baby. The employee offered to carry my order to my car which was right outside the door. I thought that was so kind and helpful. His parent or parents have raised a good hearted child. The wraps I ordered were delicious as everything else I’ve ordered in the past as well.“

We were looking for a place (all you can eat while heading back from apple picking from West NJ) and we found this place online; serving buffet and cold drinks. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly, the food was warm and organized and they have a section for sushi as well as hibachi fresh grill cooking that serve you on the spot. They had a variety of food, vegetables; fruits, deserts and off course ie creams! I highly recommend this restaurant for quick meal as well as for chilling and having fun.“

“Our granddaughter wanted Applebee’s for dinner, and when she’s with us, she always gets what she wants. I haven’t eaten at Applebee’s in probably over 10 years, and I have to say—I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, and our server was kind and friendly.

That said, there were a few small misses in terms of dining etiquette that kept the experience from being excellent. With just a little more attention to detail, the service could have really gone to the next level.

I realize Applebee’s isn’t a five-star restaurant, and what the server lacked in polish she definitely made up for with her personality. Still, to give an example: we ordered dessert and coffee. The coffee arrived without a spoon to stir in cream and sugar. When we asked for one, we didn’t receive it until the dessert was brought out. I ended up using a knife to stir in the meantime.

These are minor details, of course, but they’re the kind of small touches that can really elevate the guest experience.“

Both ended up being well done, not medium, but besides that, the meal was fantastic - the burger was great and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. It was a little pricey ($17 each pre-tax for just the burger+fries) but did not disappoint. Very friendly staff too. The price rules out frequent visits from me, but if I'm in the mood for a great burger, I know where to go.“

I told my servers, how well I was enjoying my meal, and she asked the cook, Stephanie, to come out, so I can tell her myself. I want to make sure I reiterated, what a great job she’s doing. I told her I could tell that she’s putting her heart and soul into cooking here! She said yes, she really was, and she loves it.
