“I've been going to Little Lou's since they opened on day 1. I have never had a bad food from this place. Their pizza is amazing. However; this past week when I ordered, I specifically asked for extra cheese. I did not get that on my pizza. I did not have time to call the restaurant due to unforseen circumstances. I privately messaged Little Lou's on Facebook and included photos of my pizza not containing extra cheese. I paid over $15 for an extra cheese lunch pizza. Little Lou's viewed my message and did not respond. I messaged again the next day and again no response. I felt like it wasn't worth calling the restaurant after the first time I sent in a message. I am not asking for a free pizza. Just give me extra cheese on my pizza next time for free. I am disappointed in the lack of response from this establishment.“
