“Pizza was very good! Ordered a large “Vinny” and it was ready after about 20 min. We ordered walk-in, so the wait time was a little longer considering there were only 2 employees, and we brought many customers. The cashier was very helpful and patient when the group was attempting to use visa gift cards to pay for orders. My only problem is that two orders within the group were made incorrectly. One, a small pizza with half cheese and half pepperoni, was made entirely with pepperoni. The other, a large pizza, was made as a small. These inconveniences were handled very well by the staff who offered to remake the pizzas, but the added wait almost made it not worth it. Overall good experience and great pizza!“

“I just attended my niece's graduation party there. AMAZING PIZZA !!!! They put out a variety of pizzas on a buffet table. A crispy crust (I went right for the corner pieces) with cheese down 1st. I enjoyed them all, but my favorites were the sausage, the pepperoni, the white pie with onions pork belly and sprouts and the spinach and ricotta. Can't wait to go back !!!“

“First timer. Saw a review on the place and decided I needed to try the panzarotti. While there picked up a large pizza too. I enjoyed both. Panzarotti is the closest I've had to what I grew up on in Cherry Hill since the 80's. Place is dated but to me that speaks pizza. It's been around as long as it has for a reason. Smelled like a good old fashioned pizza joint as I remember, before the conveyor belt places popped up. Definitely on the visit again soon map. Maybe winter time so it'll be comfortable eating in. “Very pleased and impressed with the decor, service and friendliness on our first visit. I judge a restaurant's food by the quality of their fresh salads, if not clean, then I go no further. The salad was clean, fresh, crisp but a bit overly salted, for me. We devoured the Margherita pizza which was SUPERB! Crispy, chewy good flavored crust, the red sauce was excellent, could use a bit of evoo drizzle and a few more slices mozzarella, for my tastes. Can't wait to return for their pasta and dessert offerings.“

i am here visiting for 3 months, and i have visit coppola’s once a week since i have been here. i randomly stopped in after visiting the ups store, and this was the best decision i could have ever made.

i’ve had the broccoli pizza slice once and it was to die for, but “my thing” is napoletano with cutlet (or without:) ). it is seriously the best sandwich i’ve had in my life. the broccoli rabe is so yummy. cutler is always made perfect. i dip it in balsamic vinaigrette and it’s the icing on top. i’ve also had the caesar salad which was yummy.

“We recently moved to the williamstown area and had a hard time finding a pizza place until we came across Tuscan Pizza. They are fantastic and amazing customer service. We asked for paper plates the one time, the driver left without them but received a call from Tuscan apologized for this and said they sent another driver by to deliver the plates. They literally arrived minutes late almost the exact same time as the pizza. This is just a small sample of their service. Top notch and amazing pizza!“

“I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but this experience was especially frustrating. I placed a Grubhub order for a small white pizza from Santucci’s — a specific request that means a lot to my family. My son has special needs and a restrictive eating disorder, and this white pizza from Santucci’s is one of the only foods he’ll actually eat. I timed the delivery to make sure it would arrive by dinner, and when I opened the box and saw a regular red sauce pizza instead, I was heartbroken. Mistakes happen — I get that. What made this worse was how it was handled when I called the restaurant. A young woman who answered the phone was kind and apologetic, and I appreciated that. But after holding for over six minutes, I was passed to someone who immediately accused me of placing the order wrong. I had already double-checked my Grubhub receipt before calling — the order was placed correctly. I even had a screenshot as proof. When I was passed to the manager, I expected a little more compassion and accountability. Instead, I was met with indifference and more blame. I offered to send a screenshot to show the order was right on my end, but the manager refused to look at it and stood by their claim that I was the one at fault. Ironically, the first woman I spoke with had mentioned it looked like a system issue on their end — which made the gaslighting from management all the more frustrating. To be clear, this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. When your child has very limited safe foods, and you make an intentional effort to get the one thing they will eat — only to have it messed up and then be blamed for it — that’s a big deal. The mistake was frustrating. The lack of accountability and empathy? Even worse. I’m incredibly disappointed with how this was handled and hope Santucci’s reflects on how to better support customers, especially when mistakes are made“
