They love that it was easy assessable since a lot of people were coming from Philadelphia .more than not yesterday everybody expressed how they will be back. I thank you Vinnie and crew. I opted for a special of the day - pork pieces with skin still attached cooked in an amazing salsa verde, served with warm house-made tortillas, rice, and beans. I couldn't stop eating another and another at every traffic light on Route 168.I am really not a fan of thin crust pizza but I have had some like Papa's Tomato Pie up in Robbinsville This Parma had a similar flavor kick to it . . . just superb flavor straight out the box without adding any seasoning extra. I like that they use fresh mushrooms too which is a plus. “I was surprised, being there for the first time for dinner, that Tuscan Bistro had lobster bisque soup and bacon wrapped scallops for an appetizer, my two favorites. I asked if it was regularly on the menu, and was told no, but the ingredients for the bacon wrapped scallops are always on the menu, so it could be made to order. My husband had the staple, Chicken Parmesan, which he said was very good and tender. We will definitely be going back for dinner, and not only for lunch. “While in the area checking out Paesano’s, I could smell this as I crossed the street and decided to take a chance and check it out (especially since Angelo’s line was at least 40 heads deep). I asked the one pizza guy what slice I should try and he suggested the cheesesteak so I was sold. This is a white slice with cheesesteak and I added some crushed red pepper.This is all based on preference mind you. The flavor was good, I’d maybe even say real good. I love a solid white slice. The dough also had a great flavor to it. I do think it needed a few more minutes in the oven though, very doughy. Next time I’ll know to order it well done. No harm no foul.This slice was $4.50 and the flavor and amount of meat (and their location in the Italian Market) makes sense for that price. We also ordered 10 wings and requested them to be mostly flats and boy did they deliver! Most restaurants don’t pay attention to your requests and don’t fulfill them but they came through! The pizza was delicious and the wings were even better. I spoke to the owner and she was so sweet and understanding. I will always order from them.
