Horrible wait time. After being seated, my partner and I waited for approximation 20 min for a waiter to even acknowledge us or take a drink order. In the interim my partner was asking for bread three times and it was never delivered to our table. After the drinks were delivered it took the waiter another 20 to 30 minutes to come take our food orders we almost walked out.

Dinner at the American Bar & Grille located in the Borgata Hotel & Casino was a very nice meal. There are multiple sections to the restaurant, so the commotion of the casino does not affect the ambiance. The clam chowder and salmon off of the pre fix menu were delicious.
