Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life! Janelle Johnson, the shift manager should be fired. She was rude and rolled her eyes when I spoke to her. I forgot to take a water I purchased and when I came back the next day to ask if I could take it they acted like I was thief. I will not return. The burgers were tasty but not worth the shitty service.

I ate here with a few friends and enjoyed sweet potato fries and a classic burger in a lettuce wrap because I have a gluten allergy. Took over 30 minutes to get my food which was not the worst part of this. The food tasted great until about an hour and a half later my stomach started turning. I first assumed I must have had some gluten which sucks but happens when eating out. I quickly realized I in-fact did not eat gluten rather I had just got food poisoning. I was not able to leave the bathroom for hours and all of my friends experienced similar reactions. It has now been 4 days since and the pain has not gone away, I haven't ate in 2 days, I am experiencing constant nausea, and my body is extremely weak. Please save yourself and do not eat here.

Salty ass burger got damn.

I took the first 3 bites of the burger i ordered and i said i Can “ Beat Bobby Flay” you would think this burger would be the best because this guy had shows like Beat bobby flay and bbq brawl and it turns out to be nowhere near as good as Wendy’s Jr Bacon Cheese burger, BK’s Whopper Jr, and a big mac. Gordon Ramsay is the only chef where the food is worth the hype.. Bobby Flay and guy fieri.. Not so much. Yes Fieri caught a stray

Just old fashioned burger joint with really tasty food. We got blessed! Enjoy! Little pricey but what you can do after 4 years of Biden everything is pricy!

The only veg option we could find at Harrah’s was a really good veg burger that wasn’t Beyond or Impossible! For the vegan option, they will omit the cheese.

This place is cool but whoever invented that sauce needs to pack it up and try again. That sauce is horrible. The burgers well done was very good the fries were hot and good and the milkshakes are AWESOME!!

Very good quality of meat. The potatoes too, the bacon, the dressings, etc. I don't ask for more 👍🏻
