Burger was delicious, fries were perfectly crispy, and Atia was very nice and helpful when making our selections! 10/10 would recommend.

The worst chicken sandwich I ever had at fast food. Made Popeyes look like line fine dining. What a huge disappointment. All burned breading no meat and flavorless. Burger only ok. Fries were good.

The rooms are outdated. Carpeting is mucky. I saw rusting at the bottom of the sink where towels a kept, not enough towels provided, housekeeping never picks up. Multiple calls to the front desk for the same items. Four people with only a king bed and a cot to sleep in. Not enough towels provided for four guests. Housekeeping, no cups in the bathroom. If you’re looking for motel, you will get better service at an actual motel. The pool for kids is in a building through the casino. Kids cannot use pool in the dome. Not family friendly if you’re staying for a convention or events for children. The front desk is always busy.

We were the only people in line and ordered Crunch burger with no Bobby's sauce but received Classic burger with tomato and sauce?! Seemed a little disorganized and the employees were having discussions and preoccupied. Food was ok and served its purpose. $50 we should expect better

We had dinner here last Sunday as most places int he hotel were closed. The burgers are only offered with two levels of doneness, medium and well. My wife had the Bacon Crunchburger well done, she said it was ok. I had the Palace Classic Burger medium and was not happy with it. I've had better burgers at Wendy's, Burger King, and McDonald's. My burger was drowning in cheese, which usually is a good thing, but when the burger is assembled wrong it becomes a sloppy mess. The ketchup and other liquid condiments were on the bottom bun, then the over cheesy patty, then pickles one lice of lettuce and a thick small slice of tomato, all which caused the patty to constantly try to slide of the burger. When I was finished eating and wrestling with it my hands were covered in melted cheese and ketchup. he patty was thin, dry, too well done for me, and tasteless. All the flavor of the burger came from the condiments. I've had far better burgers at Wendy's, Burger King, and McDonald's, and certainly for far less than the $15.99 I was charged for the Palace Classic Burger. The establishment looked like a 1970's fast food place and didn't fit being in Harrah's. The only redeeming factor was that staff were friendly and provided good service.

Worst burger I ever had! tasted horrible, they say chips but there were about 5 chips all on the burger. Ordered the bacon cheesburger 16.94 dont eat here go to another place

Terrible burgers. Shake was okay. Don’t be fooled by the big name or the cute packaging. Food was gross. There are so many other places you can eat a good burger at. This was a complete waste of money. Onion rings had a weird texture. Food was overall too greasy and had very little flavor. You’re better off surviving off of the skittle machine right in front of this place. T R A S H.

Great spot inside of Harrahs Casino AC.
Food was on point and not crazy expensive.
Ate at Bobby's when we got to Harrahs , Ate there before we left ....! If your a burger person .....it should be at the top of your next spot to eat places.....👍👍👍👍

Cashier was pleasant and helpful with my order.
I got a double burger. This item isn’t on the menu, but the cashier accommodated my request.. Two 6oz patties later, I was thoroughly satisfied with taste and quality of the burger. The sauce has a little spice kick which was perfect for me.

The food is alright but they messed up my order and did not offer to fix it, I asked for a cheeseburger and I got charged only a dollar less for a hamburger with only a patty, no lettuce cheese or nothing. They were not helpful whatsoever. Everything is overpriced too.
