You’re paying premium prices in the food court at the Borgata but the burger you get from here weighs well over a pound the meat was good. The lettuce was crisp. The bacon was good all around good burger. The poutine was average for anywhere outside of Canada, but definitely not bad if you’re at the Borgata and you don’t wanna go and get ripped off by a fake gourmet meal I suggest going here and grabbing a burger

This is a tough one because they give you plenty of food. The burger is 8oz but is beyond well done and has no seasoning. Don't understand how a restaurant can be in the Borgata and have no flavor. What a shame.

Located in the Borgata food court, Burgers & Fries serves up their eponymous take on the classic fast food combo. On the menu, there's a list of signature burgers and then a couple of customizable burgers with a variety of proteins (veggie burgers available for those who are plant-based) and number of patties. The free toppings resembled those available at Five Guys, and there's a decent number of sides.
Burgers are made fresh to order, so expect to wait at least five to ten for your food. That said, I promise you it's worth the wait. I ordered a double burger with cheese, veggies, and opted to add mushrooms, and it tasted like a backyard barbecue burger in the best of ways. Both patties had gotten a smoky char from the grill, and my resulting burger was so stacked that the guys at the counter struggled to get it fully wrapped. The steaming burger was so hot and juicy that the table space in front of me was positively littered with napkins by the time I'd gotten even halfway through the meal. If you're anything like me, you'll take that to be a good sign.
Some downsides: - The wait here can be long. I was lucky enough to place an order before the dinner rush, but the line for this spot was already snaking into the seating area minutes after I ordered. - Like most food options at the casino, expect to pay a premium. My total order of a custom burger, fries, and a bottle of water amounted to a little over thirty bucks, which teeters toward the top end of what I'd be willing to pay for what is essentially a fast casual meal.

Just fantastic…i dumped a bunch or red hot on my fries, dipped in ketchup and enjoyed. Rinse and repeat. The checken breast with saurkraut and honey mostard was pure bliss. Better than most 2 michelin stars ive been to. I pray i can visit here again in the future!!

I ate at the burgers and fries at the borgata food court it was the worse I ever had. I had a burger with cheese fries. The burger was burnt and cold there was plastic in the burger. They forgot the bacon and to top it off I order cheese fries it was drowned in cheese I couldn't eat them .

Ordered bacon cheeseburger fries and onion rings. Got back to my room and found that I had onion rings and a plain burger. No cheese, no bacon. Oh and no fries either. I went back for the fries but I decided to just eat the burger without the cheese or bacon. Everything was horrible but the fries. Staff looked disorganized.

It’s crazy how awful this food court is compared what used to be here. I had a burger it was eh. I figured I’d give it 1 more shot got wings and fries. Somehow my order gets skipped I waited 40 minutes then somebody else ordered wings and they gave me their order. I tried the wings and they were trash.

Hopefully, our experience was an aberration. My Southwest Chicken salad lacked flavor and the dark meat chicken was dry, tough and hard to eat. Spouse’s chicken Caesar salad also lacked flavor while much of the chicken was in large unappealing chunks. Finally, the salads were too large and would be more appropriately shared between two or more diners; this is exacerbated by being in a resort area with little capability to take the leftovers home. Spouse and I both threw away about half of our salads. The price was not unreasonable for the size but it would have been better if both size and price were each reduced by about half.
