This trash sportsbook doesn't even let you sit to watch games until you bet. I hadn't decided what I even wanted to bet and went to sit and security stopped me and asked for my bet slip. Telling me I can go bet $5 to get in, mind you I was going to bet WAY MORE than a $5 bet. I walked right out, no way I would give them a chance to take my money. AC is on the steps of death, especially once NYC casinos open and this trash bet is part of the reason why. I cannot wait for AC to crumble. 💪

I can’t even begin to tell you how difficult it is to get a win loss statement from Caesars for 2025. If you play at this casino and you need documentation for tax purposes, you will get the runaround and never get what you need. I am beyond frustrated at this point that I’ve waited months for a 2025 statement to avoid having to pay taxes when I’ve had losses playing with Jackpot city which closed and was taken over by Caesars. I’ve gotten the runaround with every single person that I’ve dealt with from Caesars through their online chat, phone calls and emails. It’s a disgrace that you can’t get anyone to help you when you need it. I highly recommend staying clear of Caesars. you’re better off playing at Borgata and when you need something the turnaround time is within a day or two you don’t get the runaround from them like you do with Caesars. Completely unacceptable.
The large Caesars Sportsbook at the Wild West Casino is located in Atlantic City, New Jersey. It will normally open at 9:00 AM and close at midnight. The area is clean and has numerous monitors for viewing sporting events. People can wager and enjoy nice drinks 🍸. Friendly and helpful staff.

$20 parking on a Wednesday?? Get fu****,. I’ll never spend another dollar in your establishments. Crooks!!
Went here for my son’s 21st. It was a very sad experience. When we got our casino card the woman was rude. Getting change at the window, this woman was rude too. My card stopped working after 3 plays and decided not even to attempt to get it fixed. I did not want to speak to anymore staff there. We left shortly after arriving. Awful experience. We will never return. Live in Philly is a better experience.
During our visit here today, we experienced an issue with one of the slots not printing out our cash out voucher. We wound up running all over the place across the casino floor after staff to ask for help. 4 DIFFERENT STAFF MEMBERS and not a single one helped us except the 5th one we asked, who came to the machine and pressed the attendant button again. I wound up running across the casino floor again to catch up with a gentleman in a suit who wound up being a slot manager. That is when we finally got help. Some of the staff here is very unprofessional and unhelpful! We ran into this one other time, quite a while back. Thought we'd give it another try. It's clear that nothing has changed! I can't speak for the rest of my group, but I know I won't be spending any money here!!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Recently stayed here for 3 days. It was an amazing experience great food, great table games & great service. Definitely staying here again. Morton’s steakhouse is a go to!
We are here now and even though we opted in to housekeeping services, there was NO SERVICE! No clean towels, no sweeper run. NOTHING! We were not told that housekeeping was based on availability. Trust me, DO NOT BOOK HERE! It’s not worth it. Hard Rock or Ocean would be a much better choice.
Hi my name is Kimberly Judy. I am here to testify the goodness of Dr. Osas who helped me fix my broken home. I was married for years until things got ugly and we argued and clashed almost every time..
Be cautious of visiting this sportbook. They will let you place bets on stuff they are not showing and know wont be shown without notifying you. Unprofessional manager whos response is "pay per view" nothing else. Cant speak. Doesnt understand holding a conversation. Cant see a flawed process. You know what events are being shown every day at a sportsbook and if youre not showing them bettors should be notified by staff on site. Poor procedure. Poor handling.

Pros: Super cheap price on Priceline for a renovated room Check in was easy, the area is walkable to lots of random places on the boardwalk and convenient access to the beach. I also felt safe with lots of security officers and cameras. The room itself was very nice, decorated well, and the shower was great. The bars serve good drinks and there are a few restaurants in the hotel to get food although the hours suck & most of the food is under seasoned (but that seems universal throughout Atlantic City...) The nice parts of the hotel are the renovated ones, I had a renovated room in the centurion tower with an oven view so that was enjoyable. Cons: Parking garage & some common areas need work/cleaning. WiFi is spotty at best..our phones wouldn't stay connected Music through the property is BLASTING ridiculously loud all hours of the day, despite the place being basically empty They charge a resort/daily fee BUT you can't even access the tiny pool without paying for a reservation (yes even for a "normal/basic" pool chair) it's def not comparable Vegas that's for sure! MOST IMPORTANTLY: Housekeeping here gets a HUGE thumbs down. We had a dried up CHEWED GUM CLUMP ON THE SHEETS along with hair..so naturally asked to have the sheets changed. Housekeeping took HOURSSSS to come and instead of changing the bedding, they dropped off 3 sheets. Like really? THEN the next night, the toilet clogged & overflowed all over the floor..maintenance and housekeeping were supposed to come... maintenance came (although the toilet ended up flushing on its own). Maintenance put all of the towels in the bathroom onto the floor to contain the water. Housekeeping NEVER came. I ended up calling housekeeping again in the morning and explaining to them what happened... that no one ever came to clean so they sent someone. The housekeeper came and gave new towels and collected the wet ones but never mopped the floor or cleaned the toilet. So gross. I gave up and I'm thankful I don't walk barefoot in hotels anyway but I'm SUPER DISAPPOINTED with their service.
