Was lack luster stay. 2/5. The hot tub was more like the Luke warm tub and had bugs in it. Should have listened to the reviews about room service, good luck if you want towels or your bed made, room service is the real gamble at this casino! Saw housekeeping doing rooms on my floor and I approached a housekeeper and said Id like my room made and more clean towels, 5 hours later I walk back in the room and everything was exactly how I left it. gross we checked in and yhe woman at the front desk was short and said we had to take what room we got even though we booked a king room and they gave it away. 1st room had blood and pubes left on and under the toilet seat. we went back down and she ended up serving us again. when I tried to show her she said "I don't want to see that" told us if we still wanted a king room to come back down tomorrow try earlier and we might get what we paid for. reminded me why I haven't been...read full review
Very upset with this casino. Booked an overnight stay there on August 23 to attend a concert. The concert was postponed due to a band member being sick with no rescheduled date. Had trip insurance and asked the casino to refund our money and they refuse. Hoping someone reaches out to me through my messenger to rectify this.
