We’ve visited this restaurant at least 7 times and have generally enjoyed it, but our most recent visit was ruined by exceptionally poor service from the host. The individual was rude and unprofessional, which left a very bad impression. Unfortunately, this one negative interaction has made us hesitant to return. Hoping management addresses this so others don’t have the same experience.

We didn’t had reservation but luckily there was space next to the bar area in the high tops. The food has good flavor, we got a garden salad, beef empanadas which are nicely done, I thought they came with pico de gallo but they did came with sour cream only; it’s just two empanadas normal size, the price $19 it’s just too much for what you get they’re under appetizers. The Cuban sandwich combo was tasty and the size perfect. The sangria had a lot of fruit and the flavor was really nice, the garden salad is a good portion as well. The flan was Ok, it comes with a cookie on top, I would like it to have more caramel.

Another amazing branch of Guest Counts that goes above and beyond for their guests. Came here for my engagement celebration and was immediately greeted by Gia and reassured we were being taken care of by her team.

Can’t beat the atmosphere and layout of Cuba Libre, and now the food? 🤤 Read on

The pork belly at any of their restaurants is absolutely Michel Star level - Chef Kevin ensures consistent quality and spends hours on each recipe creation.

Croquetas, Dragon Meatballs, Guava BBQ wings (pictured) all a must try.

Quality drinks, amazing atmosphere, personal attention to your guests as if it was 1:1, literally every perfect aspect of a top notch restaurant at amazing value

Great choice! Did a girl dinner of Sangria and multiple appetizers and there was no bad choices! Mango Butter and Cuban Bread, Croquetas, Dragon Street Meatballs, Coal-Fried Queso and Mama Amelia’s Beef Empanadas were all DIVINE. Ariana was a super server! Thanks!!

This place was very mediocre at best. I never genuinely felt like I wasted my money. The food was not up to par at all. This restaurant was recommended to me by a family member, but I guess location made the difference because they went to the Center City, Philadelphia location. We ordered our appetizer at 8:35 and didn’t receive it until 9:32. The poor server was embarrassed and tried her best to accommodate us by keeping our drinks refilled. The cooks wasn’t paying attention to the food instead he was too busy watching the soccer game which 100% reflected in the quality of our meal. The steak was Medium Rare when I ordered Medium Well, the Au Gratin cheese wasn’t even melted. The brisket was tough. The best part was the rice and beans. I legit feel scammed out of the $155 we spent on our food. The server was well aware that we were unsatisfied, but we didn’t take it out on her. We still tipped very well. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere because spending $78 for one of our entrees and you can get a better dish at longhorn for half the price is unsettling. By the way, my husband never complains and I didn’t stop hearing about it all night.

We had a wonderful lunch experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxing, but the service truly stood out.

Our server, Jade, embodies exceptional customer service. Her kindness, sweetness, and hospitality were evident throughout the entire meal. She was incredibly attentive to our needs and ensured that everything was perfect.

Jade, Thank you for making our experience unforgettable.

The food was edible, but the farthest thing from Cuban food or flavorful. I had the chicken, tasted just like the chicken breast I made for my dog when he was sick, no fat no seasoning no flavor! Kinda like one of those meals at grandmas house that was edible, but flavorless,,, but you say oh it was good grandma,,, trying to swallow. My wife had the snapper and she said a McD's fish had more flavor and it just tasted of breading. Good service large protions that you won't finish, because its just not that good! SORRY!!!

Booked to go to this place 3-4 days prior. We got there on time and were seating right away. We were seating on the balcony on the second floor. Even though it had a good view of the inside of the hotel, the balcony is actually a walkway, so people outside of a restaurant are passing by right next to you watching what you eat. Very cool vibe of the place on the first floor though.

Asked the waitress to recommend something authentic and she recommended brisket. We got one with plantains and another one with rice and beans. The food came fast, which is greatly appreciated. Both briskets were soft, however the latter one was too salty. Both came on a big plate as shown in three picture but looked like it was a small portion. I was mistaken, I had plenty to team. Dessert didn't disappoint.

Amazing service, great tasting food, very cool atmosphere. The Ropa Vieja was really good. The Mojitos are top notch. I would definitely book this place for dinner if you’re in Atlantic City.

Food was very good, lots of different options you can pick, either if you pick the seafood, soups or meat dishes, like the cochinita-asada, it was so TASTEFULL.! and the mojitos are really refreshing.

The atmosphere is warm and enjoyable, with good taste of music. That later at nights turns on so you can enjoy.!
