LAUREN is the best!! I’ve been coming to the Tropicana for a long time. I have been going to the firewaters bar for about 4-5 years. Around 4 years ago lauren served me and my family and she was the best bartender ever. Well… 4 years later I’ve returned to the Tropicana after my mom passing away and lauren was mine and my bfs bartender two nights in a row. She is nothing short of amazing. Ive been going to firewater for years. Always a pleasure. Great drinks. unfortunately when I went 5/7/26 5:30ish i was totally disappointed. My boys took me for mother's day. The barmaid ignored us. Didn't take my 10% off coupon even tho I gave it to her 2x. So we had the 1 drink & left. She served us & went to the end of the bar and that's where she stayed. Not great service.
