Our breakfast somehow got lost from preparing it to serving. The manager offered his sorries, but who cares when you're hungry. When it was presented it was wrong & instead of home fries they served us French fries. The location has in the past run out of tea bags & ribs. The whole casino/restaurants/drink service is going downhill.
Waiter did not come over and check to see if we needed anything.. more drinks.. give us an update on what the delay was. Dining area was hot!! Then, they decided to open the doors to the boardwalk and make it hotter!!
We sat in the Sports Bar area of the Atlantic City, NJ Hard Rock Cafe before we went to see The Guess Who at the Hard Rock Etess Arena. I made the reservations four months ago and I guess because of the concert, or perhaps it's common there, it was required to buy a pre-paid dinner price fixed. But no menu was posted that was a special menu for that event. When we got there we got a table soon around the time of our reservation and our waiter was fantastic. I wanted something...
