The staff here are nice and attentive. The food does taste good especially the BLT Club. The place has a 50’s vibe to it with a lively atmosphere. It’s a great place to take your kids as well. It’s almost like Nifty Fifty’s but with some liquor lol.

Having been to other Johnny Rockets locations in New England back when we still had them... This was a bit of a disappointment. The place was pretty packed, noise level was very high. I approached the lady who I thought was the hostess and asked for a table. She instructed me to go sit at a dirty table and told me someone would be with me in a minute. About ten minutes went by before one of the waiters, who was waiting on the surrounding tables, asked if I was being helped already....

Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, our party of 3 was seated within 10 minutes. The tables and seats were clean. Our waiter was Kenneth. He was polite and personable. He anticipated our food needs and made great suggestions. He is an asset to the company.
