Kwi Noodle House offers a decent atmosphere with good food, although some dishes like the chicken satay could be improved. The spring rolls were a highlight. The service is average but not overly friendly. They have limited non-alcoholic beverages. Open late, it's a convenient spot post-show. The salt and pepper shrimp and shrimp lo mein were delicious, though the appetizer of pork fried dumplings was just okay. Parking at Caesar's casino garage is available but a bit pricey for non-members.
