Food took 40mins to come. Something as simple as Mac and cheese and nachos. Service is so slow that even when we wanted to pay and leave, our server was too busy! Never coming here again.

Unsere Kellnerin und somit der Service waren fantastisch. Leider mussten wir etwas länger auf die Getränke und das Essen warten, aber es war sehr lecker und mehr aus ausreichend. Wir haben uns einmal durch die Karte bestellt: Salat, Sandwich, Jamabalaya und Chicken Terriyaki. Hier kann man gut essen gehen, die Portionsgrössen machen die Preise realistisch.

This place sucks!! Sat at the bar, the bartenders were the absolute worst I’ve ever seen. People ordering food and they don’t have enough brains to bring silverware without asking for it. The shrimp sucked big time!! Margaritaville corporate better pay this dump a visit because it needs attention quickly. The prices are ridiculous and then the service and food are at the bottom of the barrel. Guess that explains why 3/4 of the place is empty on a Friday night!! Think twice before going!! Not even a thank you from the bartenders and yet I still tipped them accordingly. Won’t be back!!
I was skeptical about this place when I read the reviews. I am writing this review while I'm eating my dinner. First off I was seated right away. My drinks came out quick, and my food as well. My server Abby was amazing!! She was so nice and very attentive. I would recommend 10/10. Perfect for my birthday.

Didn't have the food but if it's like every other Margaritaville I can say that if you enjoy Applebee's you'll be fine with itKid-friendliness: I mean technically sure but it's a restaurant named after an alcoholic drink so by definition I guess it's adult themed.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor. No stairs.

So we visited the restaurant in Atlantic City because we were there to coach a basketball tournament. Eight of us went for lunch. First of all, the hostess barely spoke clearly or loudly enough for us to understand her and when we went to follow her she was like "don't follow me yet". Then she comes back and starts to walk back towards tables again, so we don't follow her and she never says anything but looks back, so we assume we should follow her...great personality! NOT! So we go through an uneventful lunch of apps and drinks. The food was just Ok. Nachos looked like slop on a plate, shrimp dip with bread was horrible, bread was saturated in some sort of butter spread, waiter was "ok". Nothing to get excited about. But here's the kicker...gratuity was included on the check and my husband missed that because it really wasn't posted anywhere so he ended up giving the so so waiter a 38 percent tip! I contacted customer service online when we realized what happened and they offered us a $25 credit next time we go!!! but it had to be within 6 months of the email! We paid him $150.00 tip (by mistake), contacted the restaurant about it, and we get offered $25! for mediocre food and service. Needless to say, we won't be going back there!
