Our food took over 45 minutes to be delivered to our table. We were missing a taco and one of the dinners was cold- after waiting 45 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all and other tables were complaining as well. Ambiance was not a typical Margaritaville Restaurant. No music, live, DJ OR stereo, nothing. Very disappointing. Manager did apologize and she removed a dinner from the check.
We made a reservation online and arrived 10 minutes early. We were seated at the worst table in the place. Right outside the kitchen door and by the walkway to the rest of the restaurant. I asked if we could have a booth and they said that those booths were reserved. We sat there for an hour waiting for a burger and fries. The waitress was great. Asked for the manager. As others have written, the kitchen was very slow. Granted, it was Valentine's Day, but it was an hour from when we ordered until our food arrived. Our server was attentive. Prices are reasonable.
