The atmosphere was great for watching the World Series. Our service was slow and the waitress stopped by our table to ask how we were but then realized she actually never put the order in. The Rosemary Mushroom burger was not tasty and the shrimp had a good flavor but was over saturated with the sauce.
Drinks were basic orders so no issues there.

I say go for the atmosphere and grab a drink but don’t suggest eating there.

The post about the scams are true. Had their own employee come up to my table for the $1500 money back bet. So what happens, we sign up and make a $1500 bet that their employee literally checked and said it was good. The bet wins and we don’t get paid. We contact customer service by email because they DONT have a phone number!!! They tell us they would expedite looking into this… 3 weeks later no response and still the money is not in the account. I have no idea how this is legal when clearly so many people are getting scammed by here!

We booked a table with a $75 per person minimum to watch the UFC LIGHTWEIGHT EVENT on June 1st. When we arrived, they didn’t have our space available because of a “last minute event”. We were seating at a booth in the Sports Bar area and still were expected to meet the $75 per person minimum even though it was over crowded and other people literally stood in front of us blocking our view. We spoke with the manager twice who stood who attempted to move people out of our field of vision but as soon as she left, they blocked our view again.

Please don’t get scammed by these liars! Gambling is a scam! For the record — I did not lose any money as I do not gamble, so please don’t think this is merely a shallow slam piece after losing money.

They failed to honor a sign-up promo as advertised online and it cost me $250 in free bets. That is down right wrong and bad customer service.

Do not use MGM Sportsbook app, even though they push it within the restaurant. There is a strong chance you won’t be able to log back in and retrieve your money. Borgata management irresponsibly refuses to intervene. Honestly, I would skip this sportsbook all together.This is not an honest establishment.

BetMGM has not credited the $1,500 first wager insurance that they promoted when I signed-up & made my first deposit. The day I did this I was in Atlantic City & even made sure to check with the sportsbook staff at the Borgata to ensure everything was good to go. I even took a photo (included with this post) of the $1,500 promotion on their TV screens.As a first time BetMGM customer I expect to receive what was promised. Otherwise, it leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth. This is especially true since the other sportsbooks I have tried all follow through on their promotions…

F1 Las Vegas race weekend and they closed as the race started?? They couldn’t even put the race on the large screen. I don’t think they know about sports. I guess they just wanted to remind us that they are not Vegas. Just disappointing!!

Tons of huge screens, cold beer, food is standard bar fare and pretty good, service was very good. Generally a very good experience, nothing to wow me. Not sure why so many bad reviews. Buffalo wings actually had some meat on them (I feel like so many places nowadays give skimpy wings) and the pepperoni pizza tastes better than it looks.

My husband and I come to the borgata all the time to enjoy weekends away together. We are members of the Casino and here almost once a month.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Awful service and SCAMMERS. Took 30 mins to get a waitress to our table plus they forgot my husbands food. Took forever to get drinks and food out to the table. Never once an apology. Then on top of HORRIBLE service, my husband ordered a double captain and ginger. When we received the bill, the waitress rang it in at 2 captain and Ginger’s. (Each 11$ making it a 22$ drink) I kindly asked the host if we can speak with the manager. The manager came over (miserable as all get out) and said “can I help you” and I explained the situation. She said “yeah it’s two shots that’s how it’s supposed to be” then left. Regardless if this is how it is rang in, be nicer about it.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor, eat downstairs then just drink at American bar and grill (right across). Much more friendlier and way better service.
