The sportsbook app is the worst! Last on the market. Only app to not upload my card information, not to honor its bonus bets and customer service completely incapable!

Great bar food.

Nice area and plenty of screens to see the action all around. The betting screens and people sitting at the bar make it a bit harder to get close to order at times. Food was alright.

The atmosphere was great for watching the World Series. Our service was slow and the waitress stopped by our table to ask how we were but then realized she actually never put the order in. The Rosemary Mushroom burger was not tasty and the shrimp had a good flavor but was over saturated with the sauce.
Drinks were basic orders so no issues there.

I say go for the atmosphere and grab a drink but don’t suggest eating there.

The post about the scams are true. Had their own employee come up to my table for the $1500 money back bet. So what happens, we sign up and make a $1500 bet that their employee literally checked and said it was good. The bet wins and we don’t get paid. We contact customer service by email because they DONT have a phone number!!! They tell us they would expedite looking into this… 3 weeks later no response and still the money is not in the account. I have no idea how this is legal when clearly so many people are getting scammed by here!

We booked a table with a $75 per person minimum to watch the UFC LIGHTWEIGHT EVENT on June 1st. When we arrived, they didn’t have our space available because of a “last minute event”. We were seating at a booth in the Sports Bar area and still were expected to meet the $75 per person minimum even though it was over crowded and other people literally stood in front of us blocking our view. We spoke with the manager twice who stood who attempted to move people out of our field of vision but as soon as she left, they blocked our view again.

Please don’t get scammed by these liars! Gambling is a scam! For the record — I did not lose any money as I do not gamble, so please don’t think this is merely a shallow slam piece after losing money.

They failed to honor a sign-up promo as advertised online and it cost me $250 in free bets. That is down right wrong and bad customer service.

Do not use MGM Sportsbook app, even though they push it within the restaurant. There is a strong chance you won’t be able to log back in and retrieve your money. Borgata management irresponsibly refuses to intervene. Honestly, I would skip this sportsbook all together.This is not an honest establishment.
