I have always loved mrs fields cookies at this location. Was there this weekend and unfortunately cookies are not fresh anymore. They taste like they were laying around for days. Big disappointment especially for the price we pay

Great late munchie snack in the casino. The case was looking a little empty by the time we got there but we still managed to find satisfying treats.

I inquired about buying ice cream sandwiches. 1 milk chocolate chip cookie in the display case and I was told it was only one. But then the guy behind counter remembered they made more. I bought 2. Almost 30 bucks. I thanked him and took the bags and went straight to my hotel room which is in the Tropicana. When I opened those bags I can’t describe the disappointment. Both sandwiches completely a mess. The cookies warm. Anyone with common sense knows you don’t use warm cookies to make ICE CREAM sandwiches. . What a mess.

The workers there, bad service when I went and talked to them in perfect English. To order they didn’t know how to prepare the order, they spoke Spanish to make fun of us, they didn’t know that I spoke Spanish, They were two women

Service was horrible, hours stated that it was open 24 hours but when i arrived at 5:30am they were closed. I asked when they would open and the girl behind the curtain and she said 10 mins. I stood and waited the 10 mins and they still did not open. Instead they just set at the register on the phone taking. This is the Atlantic City location inside of Tropicana.

Hours are 24/7, grabbed a few cookies on way to room. Staff were nice both times and attentive when I walked in.

Kid-friendliness: Great spot for kids to get treats.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and exit accessible.

Had to pay $3 for 1 cookie. i usually buy 4 get 1 free and pay $10 plus taxes. Of course they didn't have that promotion during holiday wknd but damn $3 for 1 cookie I'm very disappointed about the price gouging during holidays

I went to Mrs.Fields cookies early in the morning on Friday May 5 looking to purchase a coffee because they're the only coffee shop open 24 hours at the Tropicana in AC.The young black man behind the counter said "we aren't open we are doing a count."I asked when they would be done and he said about 20 minutes. He didn't appear to be doing anything and I suspect that he just didn't want to help me.They should change their sign to read ,OPEN WHEN WE FEEL LIKE WORKING.

I was shocked when i ordered 2 cookeis (one regular and one that looked like a jumbo size) and the total came to $15. I was just looking for a snack...they charge like $12 for the jumbo sized cookie...it wasn't 3x the size of a regular cooie, but $12 for one cookie is just crazy. It was late and she already put it in the bag so i took it, but never again. It wasn't that great either. Wasn't bad, but it was a chocolate chip and bacon cookie. Bacon really didn't do a lot for it.

They're one of the only places open 24/7 which is a perfect for anyone who wants a late (or early) snack. They sell cookies, tea and coffee, fountain drinks, and ICEEs too. I had a chocolate chip cookie and boyyyy was it great! You can also use your Caesars membership card to print coupons from the kiosks and every day that I checked they had a 10% off your entire purchase at Mrs. Field's which I used twice. They even sell breakfast food which I unfortunately did not get to try because I didn't notice their sign until the very last day I was at Tropicana, but I would definitely try it on my next visit. From what I remember, the prices aren't that great for the breakfast items, but everywhere in Tropicana has inflated prices for sandwiches and things like that. At least here you can use the 10% coupon when available and there's no extra charge for using your credit card.

I’ve been coming here for years & order every holiday. I’m 9months pregnant & was craving a sugar cookie, This worker was unbelievably rude, he had a note on the door “I’ll be right back” I waited by the door as he sat on his phone I was assuming he was on break , after 25 mins I knocked to ask if they’re open he looked at me and yelled very loudly WERE CLOSED stop standing there.
