Hours are 24/7, grabbed a few cookies on way to room. Staff were nice both times and attentive when I walked in.Kid-friendliness: Great spot for kids to get treats.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and exit accessible.

I went to Mrs.Fields cookies early in the morning on Friday May 5 looking to purchase a coffee because they're the only coffee shop open 24 hours at the Tropicana in AC.The young black man behind the counter said "we aren't open we are doing a count."I asked when they would be done and he said about 20 minutes. He didn't appear to be doing anything and I suspect that he just didn't want to help me.They should change their sign to read ,OPEN WHEN WE FEEL LIKE WORKING.

I was shocked when i ordered 2 cookeis (one regular and one that looked like a jumbo size) and the total came to $15. I was just looking for a snack...they charge like $12 for the jumbo sized cookie...it wasn't 3x the size of a regular cooie, but $12 for one cookie is just crazy. It was late and she already put it in the bag so i took it, but never again. It wasn't that great either. Wasn't bad, but it was a chocolate chip and bacon cookie. Bacon really didn't do a lot for it.

They're one of the only places open 24/7 which is a perfect for anyone who wants a late (or early) snack. They sell cookies, tea and coffee, fountain drinks, and ICEEs too. I had a chocolate chip cookie and boyyyy was it great! You can also use your Caesars membership card to print coupons from the kiosks and every day that I checked they had a 10% off your entire purchase at Mrs. Field's which I used twice. They even sell breakfast food which I unfortunately did not get to try because I didn't notice their sign until the very last day I was at Tropicana, but I would definitely try it on my next visit. From what I remember, the prices aren't that great for the breakfast items, but everywhere in Tropicana has inflated prices for sandwiches and things like that. At least here you can use the 10% coupon when available and there's no extra charge for using your credit card.

The staff is very friendly and nice. I have to say I was very surprised with the selection of cookies. They only had few, not big selection.

Wonderful staff and wonderful cookies. My brother and I arrived on an off-night and we saw Mrs. Fields quarter on our way in. We are here celebrating his birthday and Tiffany was so personable and friendly. We walked out with cinnamon-sugar, reese's pieces and caramel chocolate cookies, none of which disappointed! Great way to start our stay at the Trop!

Plowed through some heavy fields, was rewarded with an overpriced cookie

I’ve been coming here for years & order every holiday. I’m 9months pregnant & was craving a sugar cookie, This worker was unbelievably rude, he had a note on the door “I’ll be right back” I waited by the door as he sat on his phone I was assuming he was on break , after 25 mins I knocked to ask if they’re open he looked at me and yelled very loudly WERE CLOSED stop standing there.

I don't think I ever have a good experience when I come in here. Usually the staff is too busy talking or I feel like they are making up the prices. Today, I came in to purchase 2 cookies and was given the price of over $11. I was shocked and asked for clarification. She quoted me $3.50 for one and $4.50 for a specialty cookie. Ummm ok?? Then she somehow revised the prices after I asked her why that comes out to over $11. This employee (#239) was so nasty and muttered something under her breath as I was leaving. I heard her slam the drawer and all the change fell to the floor. I will NEVER go back there again. They also really need to do something about the small bugs that fly around inside the glass display case.

Had to pay $3 for 1 cookie. i usually buy 4 get 1 free and pay $10 plus taxes. Of course they didn't have that promotion during holiday wknd but damn $3 for 1 cookie I'm very disappointed about the price gouging during holidays

The cookies are really really good and I bought a dozen mini chocolate chip. But, and a big but, it was $15.00. That's insane for cookies but I paid it cause I really love Mrs. Field cookies.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Angie at Mrs. Fields cookies, Atlantic City, for decorating the best 40th cookie for me when the original decorator left for the day. My girls and I arrived to the store late, but since it was my Birthday Angie’s eagerness to make the customer happy made my day special. She definitely understood the assignment. THANK YOU ANGIE for decorating the best 40th cookie ever!!!!!!! YOU'RE THE BEST!!

Staff was rude and incompetent. Had to take my coffee back 5 times because I guess “light & sweet” is just too hard to comprehend. Also, there are NO signs with store items/prices but I still went they the steps of ordering a breakfast sandwich. 1st:pick bread (everything bagel) 2nd: pick egg or no egg (egg) 3rd: pick meat (bacon) 4th:toasted or not (toasted)…only to get a plain non toasted bagel! $10 for a plain bagel?! No thank you, I FO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION: Tropicana Atlantic City, NJ
