We ordered a couple cookie cakes for a party and they did such a good job decorating the cookie cakes!! They were also just as good as I remembered from when I was a kid. There was a young lady who made the cakes and she knocked it out of the park. Delicious, neat looking, and ready on time for our pickup order we placed the day before.
To the lady that took care of us this morning, you completely made our day! Your positive energy, genuine kindness, and warm personality turned a simple interaction into a wonderful experience. You made us feel so welcome and left us smiling long after we left. It's hard to explain, but her service was truly authentic and memorable. Kudos to her for making such a positive impact!
I had gone the night after weighing in for a fight and was disappointed. Chris, the manager, reached out to me to remedy the situation and I was very pleased. The staff was nice on both my visits, and the cookies were much better the next time I came back. Thank you, Chris!
