Park Place Prime - Bally's Atlantic City/ Park Place Prime

My daughters took me here for dinner for my 80th birthday….Upon being seated we felt like we made a good choice. However, it was quite some time from bringing our menus to coming back for our order! I finally ordered Prime Ribeye to be cooked medium…it came back cooked well done, tough and full of grizzle in the middle. The cooked me another one graciously, but by the time it came back, the rest of my meal was cold and my daughters were done eating….so I ate a partially cold dinner by myself! Happy birthday to me!! They brought me a birthday dessert and a glass of wine, which they added to the bill!!!! No thanks Park Place Prime!

Recently visited Park Place Prime at Bally’s Atlantic City and had a great experience. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere and ambiance were top-notch—upscale, comfortable, and inviting. The service was attentive and professional throughout. While the vegetarian options were quite limited, everything we tried was delicious. Overall, my friends and I really enjoyed our time there.

One of the best steakhouses around. We always enjoy our meal. Our bartender was very knowledgable about the wine selection and even surprised my husband with a piece of cake for his birthday.

Went here to have dinner at 4 as their hours show and was told we couldnt order dinner not even a burger the only thing we were allowed to order was from the happy hour menu so all four of us left, that is absurd then you should fix your hours on your advertisement on first floor in hallway,

I took myself out to a nice dinner and I am so glad I chose this place! My waiter was super nice, it was probably the best dinner I have ever had. I ordered the lobster bisque, 8 oz filet w/ béarnaise sauce, and garlic mashed potatoes. Absolutely fantastic all of it! The bread was very yummy as well. Will be coming back 😊

Went for my wife's birthday and was very satisfied with the entire meal. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Has a wonderful time.

It was my wife's birthday and none of the accommodations I required were met. There was a reservation made for 8pm and my wife and I not seated for almost 15 minutes even showing up early. I requested to move my seat to the area that was already requested by me ahead of time and there was an issue between the host and the waiter that was very unprofessional. During the experience, my waiter barely checked on us, we were seated for an hour and we saw him once outside of ordering our food. It was busy but not too busy. I understand it's Valentine's Day but the table behind us (bigger party) were given 5 star service, while my wife and I were treated like we didn't belong and we did not have money. I told him it was her birthday and nothing was offered not even a happy birthday. We then were told by the staff at the front that for her birthday there would be a free dessert item and the menu was not even brought over. The waiter even questioned her and embarrassed her in the moment as if we couldn't afford it. My wife heard that from when it was essentially offered to us. Our first refill of water wasn't even brought over until it was time for us to leave. I canceled my reservation with The Morton's and booked one with your location off a recommendation from one of my business partners. I also understand the food industry, as I am former successful restaurant owner and current food content reviewer and would've given him a $400-$500 tip for the holiday but chose to leave him with a $0 tip for ruining the experience. I will not be returning to this location and I will be broadcasting this experience until this situation is rectified by management or ownership.

Great spot! Food was delicious. Just wanted my filet to come with a bit of Au Jus. But the flavor was great. NY Strip was excellent. Service was outstanding!

We started with happy hour . Do oysters, service, scallops. Excellent. Then had filet au pouvre. Amazing

Greatest steak I’ve ever eaten. Mashed potatoes and salted caramel gelato were nothing short of fantastic. Best dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Very professional atmosphere and my server was a great guy with some awesome stories.

Park Place Prime is one of my favorite places to go at Ballys My server,Rich, is terrific. The food is amazing and I recommend Park Place Prime to all.

We loved our waiter, he was friendly, attentive and made us feel so welcome. The appetizer was delicious but my meal was a bit overcooked and my sisters steak undercooked.

That being said we had an unfortunate experience sitting in the back booth by a work station stacked with wine glasses. Unfortunately something happened (I didn’t see because I had my back towards the station) and wine glasses came crashing down, shattering into our both as we just started to eat our meals. The waiter rushed over to make sure we were ok and weren’t struck by any shards of glass which was great however it didn’t occur to me or to the waiter at the time of the incident that we should’ve been relocated immediately (booth was huge for 2 people so my sister and I simply moved to the opposite end) to a new table as there was broken glass everywhere and given new food since none of us knew for sure if shards went into our food. We paid for our meals and left but we probably should said something at the time to the Manager. I did reach out via Opentable but no one from the establishment responded. The waiter mentioned that this incident of falling glasses has happened before so you would think a back would be put onto the work station, relocate the work station, or just don’t put glasses on it! We were lucky we didn’t get hurt or worse ate glass.

Again the waiter was lovely it was just an unfortunate accident.
