Guy behind the counter has no people skills. I ordered a cheese pizza. Pizza was trash. Cheese is super low quality cheese dough is terrible. Dont waste ur money here. Might look good but its nasty. Super cheap ingredients.

Do yourself a favor and don’t ever go there. I got two slices of pizza and it was $18.50. I asked for a side of blue cheese and they charged me $4 ? I went to the sub place next-door and they gladly gave me the blue cheese for no charge which I never expected. I never ever post a negative review but I felt like this was needed.

Food, wings and pizza were delicious. The girl behind the counter was the worst. No personality, very rude to us when we couldn't understand her English. It was pricey, but at the casino food is always expensive.

Extremely rude customer service especially from Carlos. Shows no respect to customers. I was suppose to get my refund back of $45 since they messed up my order and never apologized for their mistake. Instead I was double charged $90 on my credit card for a food order that I never received.

This is second time had experience with eating at this place where not sanitary . The worker is cleaning counter with gloves and used the same gloves to put the pizza on the plate . I said something acted like she did understand then the guy I guess is owner came and ask what was the problem I explained to him that did not want the slice of pizza said can have another slice he stated did not have anymore and said just me money back . He was nasty will not be going back
Got a slice of pizza, sauce was nasty and pizza was dry... Never again will I be wasting my own money there. For 7.50 a slice (specialty) it was horrible. Should have went to 711 for their whole 9.99 full pizza ??♂️??♂️

The ladies that worked 3/31/24 at 12:50pm were very disrespectful. I ordered my food and I was told they no longer was serving chicken. Then I looked at the countertop and seen a bucket of chicken. I asked could I have some of that chicken she told me no. Then said the fryer was off but a batch of chicken was just taken out of the fryer. I'll never patronize carluccio ever again

Charged me for food but lied about the price, didnt have the food I ordered, and refunded my money. Then they re-charged me the money after I went next door to eat. They then disputed my credit card dispute. These are horrible crooks.
