We visited Ruth's Chris today and the food and service was outstanding. Michael was our waiter and he was such a joy. He was very meticulous and ensured everything was enjoyable. We had to let Paul, the manager know about our experience. Everyone was very professional but we just want everyone know that this location is the BEST!!!!!!!! Just had dinner here tonight 8/21/2026. I don’t usually do reviews but really wanted to shot out our server Giana. My steak was pretty over cooked (medium well instead of medium rare) and when I said it was fine I would eat anyway she insisted on taking it back to get it right. She went above and beyond the rest of the dinner to make sure we enjoyed our dinner despite the issue. The rest of the staff was helpful as well, but just really wanted to shout out our server...
Food service was excellent and the quality of food was excellent and the Manager helped me since my wife's phone was stolen outside of the restaurant police was called and made report but not found great update 2 days later someone said they found her phone no where where it was taken from
