Love the location but prices are double the normal prices. And the reason for price gauging is “we have casino pricing”? You aren’t affiliated with any casino! Truly disappointed.

Ordered a small plain Pike Place. It was fresh and strong like it should be. Associate greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was kind and pleasant to deal with. Sugar and half&half to make my coffee were stocked. Perfect experience.

Terrible customer service. Was rudely told to put on a mask, which I’m happy to do but the guy behind the counter was wearing one only covering his mouth & not his nose - what’s the point? Was also told after ordering that they don’t accept Starbucks card. The whole time the guy was just super rude and obviously didn’t want to be there. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and it wasn’t up to the standard I get at other stores. Spend your money elsewhere
