Nice place. Hosts were great. Service almost non existent. Our appetizer, Lobster ravioli was cold. My filet was cold as well but tasted very good otherwise. My wife's salmon was scorching hot. Our steamed asparagus practically uncooked. We had no drinks or water (empty) during our entire entree. We could not find anyone either. Never checked in on us about the food. Finally we flagged someone down for the check and a box she instead said she would box for my wife. Finally...
Everything from our entree's, two sides to the carrot cake desert were delicious. Portions were very generous. The veal chop parmigiana was superb! I loved that it was the actually the chop, bone-in that was butterflied. Definitely on the "order again" list. And to complement our meal, was our server Ansley. Very attentive, without being intrusive. Looking forward to our next meal at The Palm!
The prime rib special was cooked perfectly to my liking. Service was pleasant, helpful and efficient. The only drawback was that the tables were very close together and an intoxicated couple were seated next to us who were fighting and cursing at each other which negatively impacted the ambience.
