So great. They are running a lobster deal all summer. The manager actually called us to see if that was what we planned to order so they could set one aside for us before they run out for the night. Talk about customer service A plus. It was great
We waited over an hour for our food the waiter then came over and said ran out a hash brown potatoes. While we waited another 20 me United then the manger came over and said the ran out of cream spinach. Service was horrible. Very disappointing. I had stopped going since the Palm was purchased out of bankruptcy and will never go back.
This was the first time I've been at the palm and now I will go whenever I'm in town. First the staff were lovely and very attentive. The bread was absolutely amazing it was warm and had a few different kinds to choose from. I of course ate them all. Then the entree chicken parm and lasagna came out and it was definitely one of the best I've had. The chicken was thin and huge and had so much flavor. The cheese on top was melted perfectly.
