I love The Seed! Been here a few times and they always impress me with their fine quality and beer recipes. I especially like this brewery because they don't focus on trendy styles. Their brews are reminiscent of the Old World with their exquisite hops and fine malts. The atmosphere feels like home with an Earthy theme and golden lighting. The beer is good but doesn’t stand out as great beer. I had a rye ale that had a description being bready but I could barely taste the rye and thought it was nice but mild. I don’t remember what the second beer I had was, it also was nice but clearly not memorable. The best I had was a hazy double IPA. Good concept but they could do some bigger bolder beers. Also only a single unisex bathroom for a place that serves beer is inadequate.

We stopped in on a Sunday mid-February after visiting the Absecon lighthouse and had an enjoyable time. The concept here is very cool. I can’t believe I didn’t get any pics of the beer but they were good. We had small pours of mostly saisions - a couple I preferred more than the others. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was easy going. No food - not sure if they allow you to bring any in or not. Parking was easy.
