Terrible staff, unfriendly, unhelpful, they closed their indoor/outdoor pool early and never let us know when were booking it 2 months prior. We got food poisoning from eating at their cafe in their lobby, and were sick for 2 days. My daughter and I ended up checking out earlier then what I paid for simply for the horrible experience we had. I would not recommend this hotel. You earn comp dollars and they keep taking them away. I loved Ocean and now moving onto another casino.
Love it there … they allow service dogs and treat people with respect always
