Spent a wonderful weekend on 3/23. No issues with our room, quick response from staff when needed. One star deducted because it seemed like only 2 elevators were running so they were packed each time. Wait time was nothing out of the normal (couple of minutes)

Best kept secret in AC! Happy hour is a great deal and the view is awesome. Brian, the bartender is a true professional and serves up a mean Old Fashion! Nacho's were a nice snack. I can't wait to go back!

Me and my boyfriend came to stay here this weekend due to coming to the Tamia and Joe concert and the Hard Rock was booked. First off we had to wait really long for the valet gentleman not his fault it was only him in the rain with like 5 cars. Now the room was so outdated the room had a musty old smell am assuming from the carpet. The thermostat gave us problems as well. But wait it gets even worst when we woke up the next morning after a long night at the concert the sheets felt lumpy we pulled the covers up and it was some else's dirty underwear!!!! Very disgusted with this establishment the manger did apologize and refunded 100 back but this is still freaking gross!!

This is what happened when we stayed the The Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City Boardwalk. We paid for a jacuzzi room but could not use the jacuzzi because the room(s) were so cold. The picture shows what the room temperature was. I felt bad for the front desk staff who had to use a space heater to keep themslves warm. The front desk helped us move several times to find a room that was warm enough for us to stay in.

Rarely do I give out a 1 star but this place takes the cake. We came on a very cold January weekend. Rooms were very hard to control temperature wise because of the cold. The whole hotel couldn't keep up honestly because the indoor pool area was under 40 degrees and the workout facility was just as cold. Large hotel but out of 6 elevators they only had 2 working. Awesome! This hotel has been here forever and at one time may have been nice but it is now old and dated. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else, honestly.

There was hair all over the shower when I got into the room. The rooms smells like mold bad. Stayed at this hotel for three days along with 100 other people in the group that had ather discusting things to say about there rooms....on the third day they ceaned the room and the hair was still in the shower...makes you think where the sheets evan changed?
The wings were pretty good and the ocean veiw was nice. The margaritas was strong and not watered down.Hiwever, The food is served on paper plates. Nachos seem like can tomatoes and pre bought guacamole. Not the best appetizers.Great if you want just a drink with some friends. Rooftop has nice view of ocean.

I have to say I was impressed with this hotel! We were looking for more of a budget friendly option instead of a large casino/hotel combo and a Saturday night is expensive! We were happy to find availability for the day/night we needed. I'd say the checkin process was pretty good. I arrived a little early and they let me check in before 4pm which was appreciated. The front desk was friendly and social. The elevators for sure were old and slow and probably my least favorite part and also trying to navigate which elevators go where (hotel or self park). However the room was a higher quality than I expected and it was clean and the floor was quiet. Fridge in the room and ice maker on our floor. Both in working order! Very happy with the stay and I would stay again!

We made a mistake with our reservation and right after the reservation tried to fix the date so we called the hotel..they have 2-3 numbers on the website and every other page but non of them go through.. we should send and email.. Its 2023.. how is that possible there is a hotel and no correct or at least resently updated phone number .. how we supposed to reach them ?!
