Why would I pay 18% gratuity for a to-go order Asked for the gratuity to be removed, said it's a service fee, computer clearly said gratuity. While I don't mind giving the server a few bucks to walk the bag from the kitchen to my hand 15 feet away. 18% is crazy. Also if I'm paying with comps now you want me to run my card for a tip? DO BETTER!

This place has the best wonton soup. I get it every time I visit The Ocean. You can get it in a large bowl with or without noodles. I recommend no noodles. They just get in the way. The other food is good too. I've had better chicken and broccoli at other places but the beef fried rice and general tso's was good. The service here is always quick and efficient. I never make a reservation and never really have a problem getting in.

The greeter is it the glasses puffy face who was there on 3/22 at 2:35pm is Is extreme rude disgusting attitude terrible service . I am a prime member will never go there. Food is not up to part she needs to be fired she doesn’t want be there rude

We had the Duck, General Taos Chicken, and Shrimp Lo Mein.
Everything was good, large shareable plates. Margarita 2 wash it down

Had a great early dinner here. The Roast duck soup with noodles was fantastic. Full of flavor, substantial slices of meat, and fresh bok choy. The broth was flavorful without being salty…a sign that good quality ingredients were used. The crab Rangoon had a sauce that was unique and outstanding in complex flavors. The atmosphere was fun, right on the edge of the casino floor. Service was good. I’ll be back to try other dishes there.

What a gem! I usually don’t enjoy eating at the mall, but this place was far beyond our expectations. The staff is super friendly, and the fried rice and pork chops (Chinese style) are amazing.
