Food is great but I wish the person behind the counter recognised that when the line is out the door, it’s not the time to have lengthy convos with customers and chat about their kids etc.
I have so many great things to say about Atlantic bagel. My daughter is 6 and likes to place her order by herself and the team is so accommodating. They always say hi to her, ask her how her day is going, and listen as she asks for her egg bagel. This may seem like a small thing but my daughter eats her bacon floppy and I like mine extra crispy and they always accommodate our request. Good food but the service is not that great. Everytime I call in an order I'm put on hold for over ten sometimes fifteen minutes and can hear everything they're saying in the background. One time a lady had me on hold, another woman said "you know u have a customer on hold right" she said I know they can wait. And laughed. Very unprofessional and rude in my opinion. I've hung up amd have gone somewhere else more then I've ordered from there.
