They acknowledged the mistake, explained the situation, and took full responsibility without making excuses. It’s clear they take hospitality and feedback seriously and want to make things right. We’re willing to give them another try based on how professionally this was handled.“

“On 2/7 I ordered A large ice cream sheet cake from my mom‘s 94th birthday. Molly and her coworkers did not have the large, but they had two mediums. They are both absolutely beautiful. They went above and beyond with the decorating and I love how they even put happy birthday to her on the bag that they came in. Have done lotsa DQing. It's okay. And I think the dense, dense thick custard at Rita's may be a richer take on the confection. But Tom's custard was great on a hot late summer day.“

“We were there on Monday of Labor Day Weekend and the staff and the place was amazing! You can imagine the rush when you go to a place like that on Labor Day weekend, add on top of that exhausted parents and over stimulated kids and it’s a recipe for disaster. But they were so patient and amazing and considerate and helpful when we were there. The portions are insane. The cookies are beyond amazing, still fresh 3 days later! And you’re on the beach. What more could you ask for? I’ll def be back!“

“I ordered a custom birthday cake for my twins. It had a picture of them with their faces as spiderman. It came out awesome. There was an issue with the 3rd party delivery, but no one from the store called me to give me a heads up. It wasn’t until my husband asked where the cake was so he can see how it came that i realized it was never delivered! I called and the girl working got in touch with her manager who was very accommodating and super nice. We figured an alternative way for me to get the cake delivered with expenses covered and they also gave us some free ice cream cookie sandwiches which was a pleasant surprise! I would order a cake from them again.“
