The refreshed interior looked great & the place was packed — nice to see & great for the hardworking owners. There was a private event of 100 upstairs, sports on every TV and Quizzo game going on downstairs, plus regular dinner seating. The staff was unable to keep up with the crush even with the owner contributing at every position. We had to ask several times for missing courses, but they ultimately did deliver. Once received the food was good.
It started off good, they took us a little early before our reservation. The waitress herself was great but the bus staff was absolutely terrible. We got up three times and went over to them to refill our water. They never cleared the appetizer or salad plates off the table. I also had to get up to get ketchup because no one ever came over to ask us about our food after it was brought to our table. I told the waitress twice that her bus staff was not doing anything. We enjoyed our recent Thursday evening Prix Fixe dinners very much. Delicious food! We had a table of 5, and our waitress (Amy) was very attentive. Because there wasn't any music, we were able to have a good conversation. Thank you for a nice dining experience!
