“Had the pleasure of staying at the The Gables this past week. I do a good deal of travel and get to see plenty of hotels and inns. This one is right there at the top of the list. Just down the block from the beach, it drips charm, warmth and history yet has all of the modern stuff (AC, TV, WiFi, EV charger etc). Dinner was amazing and the hosts, my friends Steve Beninati and Sondra Beninati as well as the staff really know how to make you feel at home. If you want a place at the Jersey shore for just yourself or for a larger party, this is the place you are looking for.“

“Kept driving by this place and finally got to try it out last week. As a Chicago native, I can tell you this is what I've been looking for the past 3 years of living here. The crust does not explode in your mouth like a bunch of tiny little splinters, it's softer and doughy. The ingredients and cheese are not skimped out on either, they are fresh ingredients and plentiful at that. The only thing I would change is more sauce, but I can do that myself next order on my own. Leftovers microwaved is a no go but air fried it's just like it came out of the oven all over again. In a Jersey full of Luigi's, pick Marios, you won't be disappointed. I suggest adding the wings into your order as well, best take out wings I've had from a pizza shop, super crispy breading and juicy interior.“

I was there again this past weekend with my daughter and we ordered the filet mignon and it was amazing!!!! Luke was our waiter on Saturday and he was excellent!!! Potstickers were great as well!!! When my daughter, grandson, girlfriend and others come down Element is certainly our go to place!!! “This place is second to none! Leah was our server and she was so helpful and had such a great attitude. The owner personally came out and spoke with us and had a few minute conversation, also watching him interact with the locals was amazing! My GF was stationed in Italy for 3 years and this is the closest she has had to authentic Italian food. I recommend EVERYTHING about this place... now back in the day (late 70's) my mom used to call it the "dirty diner" and I can tell you for certain, it is anything BUT. They keep this place clean and well maintained and it's a joy to visit. Solid diner food, you couldn't ask for better and decent prices along with people who treat you like you're there every morning for coffee and a roll. I still don't understand the Chili-Applebee-Friday set, the people who love their garbage chain 'food'... but here you get food that tastes like it was made by someone who really truly loves you... probably better than your mom's and it is always worth stopping. Please shop/eat/support real local business, it will always be worth it. In this case, you don't sacrifice ANYTHING for eating here, you get great food, you get treated like you belong and at a decent price, too.“

“Food is pretty consistent and decent. I've had better but also have had alot worse. For the price, it's worth it. Only downside to this place is you have to pick it up but I live close as heck so it's not a problem I have.

Vegetarian options: Decent amount of veggie options but obviously still not the best for someone on a diet, lol.

Parking: In front and decent amount, never really a full lot.“

“As someone with Celiac disease, we often "miss out". It's so nice to have a place that "gets" gluten free and offers great options. I had the chicken cheese steak with fries. Both were delicious! The gluten free roll was soft, not dry & crumbly. The fries were some of the best I've ever had - fresh, crisp. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommended giving them a try.“

“I’ve been coming to JT’s bagels since they opened and it’s literally the only place where I’ll get a bagel from! Consistency is key. I moved away 5 years ago and I’m officially back in Jersey for good and they’re still as perfect as I remember them! I would literally crave them. My 3 year old was born in Hawaii, a little local boy. He had his first ever, Jersey bagel from JTs and LOVED it! Needless to say, this is the best place to get your bagels from!“

“Most people order to take out from this restaurant and pick it up themselves but i ate inside the restaurant which has tables, chairs and the service which are all basic and functional. My dish was served in a paper plates and with self serve plastic utensils. I ordered the Spare Ribs Combo which includes an Egg roll and fried rice. The portion was very very nice size, the taste of everything was excellent, honestly if you want great tasting Chinese food, it's here. Don't hesitate, and i will definitely be back for more.“

The hostes can be a bit nasty. I understand they try to fill the tables but they don't take reservations for 3 people. They demand we sit at the end and around the corner unless there happens to be a small group at the table already. The wait staff aren't the friendliest either.

But the food is usually pretty consistent and we do enjoy it.“
