“Have dined in in the past and had a wonderful experience, just no photos. This time was sushi and bento take-out. Excellent. Teriyaki salmon, tempura shrimp & veggies, gyoza, and two rolls... the Victoria and the Pink Passion. Excellent. Service was friendly and professional. Highly recommended. Ate by the bay and watched the waves.“

“I love bubbakoos. It’s my wife and I tradition to stop there prior to leaving LBI to go back to NY. Last night we were running late, I called the shop and Madison was awesome. She not only accommodated us but was truly super polite and professional. Kudos to her and the rest of the staff their last night. I will be a customer for life“

“I recommend EVERYTHING about the LBI Pancake House! The food - perfect. The atmosphere - stylish, retro chic. The people - awesome. And don’t even get me started on the Belgian Waffles…. I’m still dreaming about those slightly crispy outside, puffy fluffy insides served with warm butter and their signature maple syrup. Breakfast Heaven served oceanside on Earth.“

“I celebrated my birthday with my sisters at The Gables last night. It is clear that this restaurant knows that a dining experience is more than just about the great food. The ambiance and charm of the restaurant with its meticulous attention to detail translates to understated elegance. Their staff—my experience felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant and they had nothing else to do but take care of us! Our server, Cathy, was so warm and unshakable on a rather busy evening. The room managers strolled throughout the room making sure that every person was seen and noticed. It’s the nicest place I’ve ever dined. Thank you for a truly lovely evening!“

“The food is always amazing here. The portion sizes are gigantic and the service is always very friendly and prompt. The only reason I gave atmosphere 4 stars instead of five it's because it can get really loud in there. However, that's a small price to pay for such amazing food and service. I will absolutely keep going back there again and again.“

“We got takeout from this Chinese restaurant because our other favorite Chinese place went downhill. My daughter is extremely picky, as is my husband, and both of them were very impressed with the food quality. We particularly liked the crab rangoon wontons. “First time here this past Tuesday. The food was phenomenal. I took a friend from Brooklyn and she was very impressed also! We got the local oysters, New England clam chowder, Flounder picatta and the roasted chicken dish. All excellent!!“

“I love all your soups and chowders. Every year we buy a couple of quarts to bring home. This year, we added to our purchase a quart of the crab corn chowder. It was outstanding! I hope this becomes a permanent chowder going forward! Looking forward to next year!“

“As new Barnegat residents, we stumbled upon this gem while exploring our local businesses. The mussels marinar did not disappoint! My fiancé ordered the soft shell crab franchese, and was also very pleased. The bartender, Trish, was friendly, attentive, and made an amazing espresso martini. We will definitely be East Bay Italian Grille regulars.“

“My wife said she though the California wrap was delicious. She has never said that before about take out food. My chicken tacos and the kids food, pizza and a hamburger was great. I thought it was a bit expensive, but not worried about that if they keep the quality as it was. Everyone ate everything. Fresh and not greasy. Good job.“

“My daughter and I went here for lunch today and the food was amazing! We had homemade hummus and pita chips for an appetizer and sandwiches..I had the green burger which was to die for!! Honestly this food was so amazing and in generous portions! The potato salad was delicious! The staff was so friendly and accommodating even they were so busy! I can’t wait to go back😊“
