Excellent sushi, the fish was very fresh tasting during a busy night. The prices are also very reasonable for the amount of sushi you get. The dinner bento boxes are a great choice if you are looking for variety and value. The atmosphere is very pleasant as you can hear everyone having a great time that is doing the hibachi dinner. I have been to Fuji 72 a few times. For me, it takes some effort to maintain a Hibachi & sushi restaurant in New Jersey. The industry seems to be saturated with them.Fuji 72 does stand out. They are often busy. The menu is consistent. They have a tremendous variety of sushi rolls. Everything I've had there is very good. The presentation is very good for what it is. Another wonderful celebration at Fuji72! The staff is wonderful and the food was amazing. My salmon was cooked perfectly along with the veg, noodles, and rice. My whole family enjoyed their entrees and the birthday songs for my Mom.
