The night crew is always on point with my coffee.
Only bad thing is the traffic in the morning. It's in a small area and sometimes in the morning there's a long line on a main road which can get a bit crazy.“

“Pat and his team are great. I don't know why it took so long to review lol. This is the closest Starbucks to my house. I always get great service and a smile going in or at the drive thru. They are engaging and interactive. This is the way Starbucks should be at all locations. They all used to be. They will hand you your drinks and tell a joke along the way. I know when there is filler staff in there. They are less interactive. I also have confirmed it by one of them. Pat must work hard on having his team be happy and cheerful and interactive. It really makes the difference. His team needs to be the Starbucks training team.

My only over time critique. Sometimes they don't always write on the cups and sometimes it's only a smile face or yum. They should always write a sentence at least. You know the have a nice day or something. Have the interactive fun go to the cups too not just the face to face.“
