My friend has gone before many times and has had a great time but this time we felt ignored.
Didn’t get a menu for over 10 min, no bread for the table, asked for ice 3x before receiving it, waited for table side seasoning quite long(parm, pepper etc) we sat next to the silverware section so lots of rattling.
I know it sounds like a lot of small things but with minimal server interaction I can only tell...

Our waiter John was fabulous. Courteous and professional. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu.
The food didn't take long to be served and everything we ordered was delicious.
