I don’t know why the bad reviews. I have yet to have a bad experience here. So far we came twice. I really enjoy the soft served vanilla. If tastes just like a carvel cake! It’s super thick and delicious, almost like custard. We tried the carvalanche, with chocolate and vanilla and m and ms and sprinkles. A medium was huge and enough to share with my husband. It was thick and creamy and not melted. I love magic fountain too but their equivalent- hurricanes are always melted when they hand it to me.The staff here have always been nice. And I haven’t seen any hair or dirtyness yet.It’s conveniently close to the 22nd street light rail!

I've lived here for years before ever going in. I thought Carvel was disappearing but this place has constant traffic. Despite the many people, the service is quick and friendly. I recommend.

The ice cream is good as always. Although the customer service side could use some work. A heavy miscommunication with one of my orders. Not sure if there was a language barrier(?) between me and the lady working in there but I'm also not sure if I was charged for a topping I didn't received. I guess some patience is needed here...
my kids love going here. it's around the way from there school and it just so hard not to keep walking by whit out stopping. we love this icream shop

Zero star If possibly. I went in to get a Sorbet beverage. The “so-called” manager came from the back on a phone call to take my order. I told her I’d like a Orange Tangerine Sorbet Beverage. She asked what size. I was still deciding when she yelled,”WHAT SIZE?”Upon paying she charged me a total of $5.32. I thought I’ve gotten this here before and it’s never this price for a small. I grabbed my receipt because she failed to give me one or ask if I wanted one. And I see where her mistake was. She charged me for a small shake$4.99 which it is not. It’s a dairy-free beverage way on the other side of the menu board and a small is $3.99.So when I mention that she charged me wrong and she should give me the difference back she became super irate arguing with me that it’s a shake and pointing to the shake menu but the drink isn’t on there its on the sorbet beverage board!Her swearing she is the manager should have hung up her phone before helping a customer and she should have realized her mistake and corrected it without a problem or that nasty attitude.I then ask for the owners information to call him. She says she doesn’t have it but then calls him and denies me the right to speak to him.Then instead of refunding back my card she gives me a full cash refund and says, “you know what?” Takes my drink and throws it out.WOWWWWWWW!You’re a clown and you need a new job. There is no way that you’re a manager and can’t admit to your own mistake.Contacted Mr. Saleh “the owner” whose name was on the register till even though he was not even on the premise. Never responded back.What a way to do business. ????

I’m sorry just went to buy a banana split and the girl had no clue. A banana split consists of 3 swirls of soft I cream. She puts hard ice cream. Then I go toppings. Should be pineapple strawberry and chocolate on each ice cream. Nope she puts it all over minus the pineapples. I’m sorry but never again. Mgmt please train ur employees properly.
