I've lived here for years before ever going in. I thought Carvel was disappearing but this place has constant traffic. Despite the many people, the service is quick and friendly. I recommend.
The ice cream is good as always. Although the customer service side could use some work. A heavy miscommunication with one of my orders. Not sure if there was a language barrier(?) between me and the lady working in there but I'm also not sure if I was charged for a topping I didn't received. I guess some patience is needed here...

I don’t know why the bad reviews. I have yet to have a bad experience here. So far we came twice. I really enjoy the soft served vanilla. If tastes just like a carvel cake! It’s super thick and delicious, almost like custard. We tried the carvalanche, with chocolate and vanilla and m and ms and sprinkles. A medium was huge and enough to share with my husband. It was thick and creamy and not melted. I love magic fountain too but their equivalent- hurricanes are always melted...read full review
