I cannot thank you guys enough! After another store messed up and did not have my cake ready for my sons second birthday I reached out to carvel to see if they could rush and make a cake in time for his birthday the next day and they did! They went above and beyond and I’m so grateful.

No organized ordering. Worker kept walking away. Reused to answer questions. Made statements about other things. Refused to give napkin or spoon argued and accussed me of shaking the bag. Co worker kept saying you have no spoon? You have no spoon? Then some xyz customer was trying to push me away without a spoon. Finally got spoon.and napkin!!!!!@@@@!!!@@very annoying workers KFC is good down the block. Very personable.Carvel has awful awful workers

I don’t know why the bad reviews. I have yet to have a bad experience here. So far we came twice. I really enjoy the soft served vanilla. If tastes just like a carvel cake! It’s super thick and delicious, almost like custard. We tried the carvalanche, with chocolate and vanilla and m and ms and sprinkles. A medium was huge and enough to share with my husband. It was thick and creamy and not melted. I love magic fountain too but their equivalent- hurricanes are always melted...
