I never go to Dunkin, I am more of a Starbucks girl but today i needed a coffee and this Dunkin is closest to my house. I have to say I have worked in Customer service for over 10 years and the service at this Dunkin is horrible. They are not friendly or polite at all. I really dislike writing bad reviews but come on. If someone is being polite and nice to you it’s not hard to resipricate the same behavior. I’d rather you fake it than show that you are miserable at your job .

There's always something wrong with my order. They are constantly making my lattes or coffee with a gallon of milk and a drop of matcha or coffee.

I don't really order from Dunkin Donut's in general but for some reason the staff behind are somewhat lousy and they are full team of Arabics that they don't smile or show any gratitude in customer service. I've ordered an Iced Latte and the coffee tastes so chemically bad like it's AWFUL. Disgusting place and brand of coffee. Definitely will go support local businesses that make way better food and coffee for same price.

Middle aged Arab lady w light brown eyes and long hair working the register was so rude. I came for Baskin Robbin’s ice cream but I’m reviewing here since it’s the same employees. I ordered a double scoop sundae, which I don’t think she understood because of the language barrier, and she started preparing a normal double scoop. I asked if I could have it changed (note that this didn’t waste any food, she would just need to move it to a different cup and add toppings). She huffed and puffed and offered to change the order by charging me for another menu item to account for the difference in price. I said I wasn’t comfortable with this and would prefer to refund the previous order and start over. She huffed and puffed again, got her manager, and changed the order. So terrible. And she was smiling and happy with the Arab customer before; she was a completely different person with me even before the misunderstandings, so I think she was a bit racist too.Also, another employee said they have a rule of 3 samples max per party… we were 4 people. What kind of rule is that? I’m almost certain they just made it up. The employees here are just lazy, as many other reviewers noted.

It's horrible staff not friendly at all, HYGIENE ZEROOOI went early morning to get 2 strawberry, 2 chocolate and one glazed for my kids, and guess what? The lady who was cleaning the counter top and the coffe machine with the purple j cloth she I the one who took my order and sho hold a thin paper to hold the donuts and because of her long pointy nails it goes through the paper and the donuts ot self!!! I refused to take it and I asked her about the gloves she said we are not using it and her manager came with angry face said that her nails goes through the paper and cut it because she get 5 donuts!!! And she said you don't want it, and she put it in the trash with angry face and she asked me about my order again with loud and aggressive way and after saying my order she asked me with sprinkles I repeat my order again 2 chocolate, 2 strawberry and 1 glazed she shout at me " yes with sprinkles" I got scared and I said no. She was putting all the donuts on top of each other with aggressive way and she gave it to me. I took it and I called the customer service while I was in the place.

I won’t go back here to get coffee again. I’ve been here several times and something is always wrong with my coffee.I asked for a small they gave me a medium and then it wasn’t even that good I had to throw it away compared to other Dunkin’s in Bayonne they don’t put love into the coffee. I only came here because it was closer to my house.

Very unsanitary the bathroom was full of poop all over asked for someone to please clean it and the worker replied I’m sorry that’s not my job as she was handing me toilet paper to clean it myself ??

I walked in and someone was asleep on one of the tables. He was asked to leave and he did but no one cleaned the table which he drooled on. So, I asked someone to clean the table. She was very nasty. She walked and said which table I pointed it out. She said well what's wrong with it. I said someone drooled on it. She squirted the table once and walked away complaining because she had to wipe the table. It's quite evident they don't clean the tables after customers. Never eating there.

Young Lady had to double check my bill, that was obtained by my bank. She checked it herself then walked off to have someone else inspect it which was unnecessary, I kindly asked for my money back and left. If they are that concerned buy a machine, it’s a shame you have inspect dollar bills all the way up to $20.

Drive thur doesn’t give you any time to figure out what you want to order ..they rush you and the manager is very rude and keeps repeating herself until you get her your order.Also I ordered drinks and they completely forgot about my order after I paid too

Beautiful coffee shop! Very up to date! Very nice and quick service! The shop is neat and they are constantly cleaning so you'll always have a table you can sit by!Good drive-thru.

Get orders wrong and number just rings and rings with no one answering. Why have a phone number if no one is going to answer?

I don't think the employees are paying 100% attention. Every single time I order a butter pecan iced coffee through an online order, they ALWAYS manage to mess it up and give me pumpkin instead. The ones making the coffee most likely just quickly glance at the order, see the letter P and automatically think it says pumpkin. This will be the 5th time that I've received pumpkin flavored iced coffee despite the fact that my order ticket sticking to the cup literally says butter pecan. By the time I arrive at uni and finally get to take a sip of my coffee, it's already to late to go back and ask for the correct order :/ I cannot stress the amount of frustration this brings.
