I love this Dunkin'. It’s always clean and pleasant, and the employees are very friendly—they treat you with genuine warmth and respect. Some of the staff even know me and remember my favorite items. They always have a smile on their faces and are ready to help.
We always enjoy coming to Americano Restaurant, and Lisa is a big reason why. She’s kind, professional, and makes every visit feel special.
The food and service were great today. Thanks to the restaurant and to Tony for making today such a special day! 100% recommended. Happy Father's Day!
