Went on a weekend, when the truck is in the LA Fitness lot in Kearny. The best tacos we have ever had, outside Mexico. Birria, al pastor, chicken tacos all top-tier.
If you like eggs, I also strongly suggest the breakfast burritos, no matter what time of day. Get one and split it or save the other half for later, but don't miss it.
