Frustrating experience saved by Felix! I placed an Uber Eats order at 9:19 p.m. Three drivers canceled due to long wait times, and a female employee on the the phone assured me the food was being made and that they were busy. Instead, the order was canceled at 9:59 p.m., right before closing (unclear if that was by UberEats or the store). Stopped at this Jersey Mikes earlier today for lunch because it’s my favorite place to go when I’m at work. The staff were so friendly and my sub was made perfectly. I’ve never had an issue with the customer service before and all of my orders are made pretty quickly even if it’s busy there.
