I have eaten at this restaurant for many many years and know the family. I called because I got an order that was a half hour late and wasn’t served the normal way I have always had it served and delivered in the past. The current owner , son of the beloved Luciano, was condescending , nasty and aloof and they charged me for something they didn’t even give me . He told me get the money back from GrubHub because I said since the patriarch of the business is no longer there with his caring spirit and service things have gone down and the quality of food has gone down. They can keep my money if they needed it that bad, but the truth is the truth . How do you charge for grilled chicken and not send it ….. grow up and act like a professional , at the very least, give the people the food and quality they once waited in line to get . Never forget where you came from abs when people helped you , me included . #shame

I had previously heard good things about the food here. Unfortunately, the service at this establishment is so terrible, one may not get the opportunity to get to order food, forget about tasting it.
For the future customers, the owners may want to reconsider who answers the phone to take a prospective customer's order. This might lead to better revenue and relationship building in the future.
Word of mouth goes a long way in recommending a restaurant to other people

My last 3 orders, I ordered thick pizza.. They were all thin.. Today was the worst... Thin as cardboard, burnt and ice cold..If you fold the pizza, it just cracks and crumbles into pieces... I would strongly suggest if you are going to order pizza, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE...

Upstairs party room available and also offers Villa Maria catering hall directly across the street. Highly recommend Veal Piccata over Angel Hair pasta, cold antipasto and asparagus gratinati.

Front service people are rude, arrogant and thieves. Never order from this place. They will charge you credit card fees even if you pay in cash. Ordered 2 menus and was charged $43. They even charged for parmesan cheese on the side. Never coming back.
