On December 29th right around 11:15 p.m. I placed a online order to pick up. I ended up eating it in the store and I decided to order more. I NEEDED to use the restroom before I placed the second order. So I asked the assistant manager on duty to unlock the restroom. I'm sorry it's locked. I said yeah really???? The manager on nights is NOT helpful. The front register person has to do everything and I would think the manager would want to get orders out since they were busy, but no. Not good customer service by him. The front reg. person was trying very hard to get orders out on his own.

All self serve mostly..no place to sit..all homeless outside...swarms of kids outside after school..cops just stand there..not much they can do...the music guy is annoying too...the drive thru is dangerous...this is a place that should be avoided at all costs...way too expensive...food is not good...
