This is my go to spot normally. Today via Uber eats I ordered fried rice as a side and received brown rice. Called the store and no one answers the phone. This is frustrating as we pay a higher price via Uber eats.

The only reason I gave a reduced number of stars for service was, the person at the register was slow and confused with using the "cash register ". When I asked if they were new, the answer was yes. I said it's ok, we all have to start sometime. So I blame the management for either not training enough, or without enough opportunity to practice, and then having an experienced person to help monitor the new employee.

The girl that took my order looked miserable, I ordered teriyaki chicken and as she cut it I said, I don't see teriyaki sauce on it, she replied "it's on the side"When I got home to eat, ofcourse there's no teriyaki sauce on the chicken or on the side

Tastes like a microwaved meal. Rice is bad how do you mess up rice? I wouldn't know this was shrimp if you didn't tell me. If this wasn't $1 as a promotion I would be very upset but dam people pay for this? Maybe it's better dine in my friend loves this place though. I don't get it.
