Typical franchise. Food was okay. I came during lunchtime, service was slow. The place has a lot of tables to dine at. Tables were dirty. I asked if they could clean it, the lady cleaned it but gave me an attitude. Saw the same staff filling her used bottle container from the drinking counter. Not very sanitary.
Clean store that always has the food fresh and ready but charging me for a large sandwich bag is BS. I can see charging me for a reusable bag but a basic brown bag should be for the cost of doing business.

The only reason I gave a reduced number of stars for service was, the person at the register was slow and confused with using the "cash register ". When I asked if they were new, the answer was yes. I said it's ok, we all have to start sometime. So I blame the management for either not training enough, or without enough opportunity to practice, and then having an experienced person to help monitor the new employee.
