The Sicilian Guy is the real deal. I got the Chicken Parmigiano and it was an absolute standout. Fresh chicken cutlet, melted mozzarella, aged parmigiano reggiano, all piled onto fresh baked Brooklyn artisan bread. But what truly sets this place apart is the sauce. Riccardo DePaoli shared that the recipe came from his grandmother (see photo), passed down through generations, and you can taste exactly that. Simple, clean, deeply flavorful, made with tomatoes imported from Italy....

As someone who goes crazy for a great eggplant parm - this really hit the spot for me. Soft and almost buttery flavor - no bitterness to speak of. Absolutely delicious and a really friendly team! I also treated myself to an amazing chocolate chip cannoli for dessert. Will definitely be back again and again.
